can be used in warm and hot conditions molding performance:
(1)Good molding, but shrinkage and directivity generally larger than usual plastic, and contains water volatiles.Should be preheated before molding, molding process should be exhaust, not preheated should be raised mold temperature and molding pressure.
(2)Mold temperature has a great effect on liquidity, generally more than 160 degrees, liquidity will quickly decline.
(3)The speed of hardening is generally slower than normal plastic, hardening when the heat release is large.The internal temperature of large thick-wall plastic parts is easy to be too high, and it is easy to cause uneven hardening and overheating.
