The choice of oil seal
1. The pressure is too high, and the hardness of the oil seal is too small to be extruded from the metal groove.
2. The sealing material is compatible with the medium, and the sealing parts are softened or dissolved.
3. The oil seal is used in an environment where the temperature is too high and the sealing material is carbonized.
4. The low temperature causes the sealing material to harden and shrink and cause leakage.
5. The speed of using the production line is too high, leading to oil seal heating, dry grinding, carbonization and leakage.
6. Poor lubrication under working conditions will cause oil seal wear and leakage.
7. The mold cavity in use is exposed to vibration, causing leakage.
8. Leakage caused by oil seal wear caused by dust.
9. The hardness of the oil seal is too high to completely fill the metal groove, resulting in leakage.
10. The size of the oil seal does not match the metal groove, resulting in leakage.
