1. Excellent wear resistance: The wear resistance of polyurethane elastomer seals is very good, generally about 3-5 times that of natural rubber, and enjoys the reputation of "wear-resistant rubber";
2. Wide range of hardness: the low hardness range of polyurethane elastomer seals can be around shoreA10, and the high hardness can reach shoreD85. Under the condition of hardness, it has excellent rubber elasticity and elongation;
3. High strength: under the hardness of rubber, the tensile strength and tearing strength of polyurethane elastomer seals are much higher than those of general-purpose rubber; under the hardness of plastic, their impact strength and flexural modulus are much higher than those of plastics;
4. Oil resistance: The oil resistance of polyester polyurethane elastomer seals is not lower than that of nitrile rubber, which is commensurate with polysulfide rubber;
5. High bearing capacity: Because the polyurethane elastomer seal can improve the hardness under the condition of maintaining the elasticity of the rubber, so as to achieve a higher bearing capacity, which is incomparable with other rubbers;
6. Excellent vibration absorption function: The effect of the alternating camp shows a significant hysteresis. In this process, a part of the energy affected by the external force is consumed by the external change of the polyurethane elastomer seal as heat energy. Therefore, the polyurethane elastomer seal has a significant vibration absorption function, which can also be called a damping function.

High temperature resistance: Polyurethane elastomer seals have excellent high temperature performance, and the brittle containment is generally very low (-50℃-70℃), and the catalytic temperature of some formula types is lower than -70℃, so the polyurethane elastomer seals The parts system is especially suitable for cold environment;
8. Radiation resistance and ozone resistance: Among polymer materials, polyurethane has prominent radiation resistance and ozone resistance;
9. Anti-fungal function: Polyether polyurethane has good anti-fungal function. It used to be grade 0-1, and no mould grows.
10. Biomedical properties: Polyurethane materials have excellent biocompatibility. Acute and chronic toxicology experiments and plant experiments have proved that medical polyurethane materials are non-toxic, non-distorting, and have no adverse reactions such as allergic reactions.
