The hydraulic cylinder oil seal is mainly composed of the piston (piston oil seal), the piston rod (piston rod oil seal), the piston guide sleeve (guide ring), the end cover etc. and other parts of the hydraulic cylinder oil seal. The rationality of the structural parameters of each oil seal component directly affects the overall operating performance of the hydraulic cylinder oil seal. The strength, rigidity and working stability of the hydraulic cylinder body determine the working performance, reliability and service life of the hydraulic transmission oil seal system.
Pressure is the conversion of hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, which is widely used in various mechanical systems, and oil seals are part of it. The hydraulic cylinder of the big oil cylinder is operated by oil. The oil will deteriorate after a long time of use. At this time, we have to replace the oil seal. The methods for replacing the oil seal are as follows:
1. Take out the brake springs or brake screws at both ends of the hydraulic cylinder.
2. A guide sleeve or a guide sleeve on both sides of the Panasonic hydraulic cylinder.
3. Take out the sealing ring of the hydraulic guide sleeve of the oil cylinder and replace it with a new one, and replace the oil seal of the piston rod inside the hydraulic cylinder at the same time.
4. If the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder is deformed or aging, it is difficult to remove it. You can soak the sealing ring in boiling water for 10 minutes to take it out.
