Shock absorber oil seal construction and application

 The shock absorber oil seal structure has three parts: the shock absorber oil seal body, the strengthening skeleton and the self-tightening spiral spring. The seal body is further divided into bottom, waist, edge and sealing lip according to different parts. Usually, in the free state of the skeleton shock absorber oil seal, its inner diameter is smaller than the shaft diameter, i.e. it has a certain "interference amount". Therefore, when the shock absorber oil seal is installed into the shock absorber oil seal seat and shaft, the pressure of the shock absorber oil seal edge and the contraction force of the self-tightening spiral spring produce a certain radial force on the shaft, after a period of operation, the pressure will be rapidly reduced or even disappear, thus, coupled with the spring can always compensate for the self-tightening force of the shock absorber oil seal. The skeleton shock absorber oil seal is widely used in aviation, automobile, motorbike, railway, vehicle, ship, home appliance, engineering machinery and other industries. Suitable for rotary and reciprocating motion sealing. Installed in various heavy-duty engines, transmissions, axles, ships, cylinders and other parts. Mainly to prevent the sealed medium (gas. liquids.) penetration and external foreign bodies into the body. Note: The ordinary shock absorber oil seal has a very limited pressure range, generally 0.03 MPa. This pressure is generally the pressure formed by the height difference of the lubricant itself. If a higher pressure seal is required, a high pressure shock absorber oil seal (generally capable of withstanding up to 1 MPa pressure) or other form of seal is required.
