1. Introduction of PU oil seal
Polyurethane oil seal is a seal made of PU raw materials. Sealing refers to a leakage prevention device composed of at least a pair of end faces perpendicular to the axis of rotation under the action of fluid pressure and compensating magnetic force of specifications, and the matching of auxiliary seals with corresponding mechanical dynamic seals.
2. Material of PU oil seal
PU material is currently the best mechanical seal material in terms of material performance. The oil seal specification material is polymerized by isocyanate and hydroxyl compound. Because it contains strong polar urethane groups and is insoluble in non-polar groups, its seals have better wear resistance and high pressure resistance than other rubbers. At the same time, the aging resistance, ozone resistance, and oil resistance are also quite good, but it is easy to hydrolyze at high temperature. Generally used for high pressure and wear resistant sealing links. Different raw materials can be used to produce materials suitable for a wide temperature range (-50～150℃), including cartridge mechanical seal elastomers, thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins. It is not resistant to hydrolysis at high temperature, nor is it resistant to alkaline media.
3. the use of PU oil seal
PU polyurethane oil seals are mainly used for hydraulic cylinders. The seals are easy to install and can scrape off the dust adhering to the piston rod. The green polyurethane oil seal of Dongsheng seals has a slightly lower hardness, while the blue one has a higher hardness and can withstand greater pressure caused by external forces. Dongsheng polyurethane oil seal has good physical and mechanical properties, wear resistance and oil resistance. It is suitable for the most demanding working conditions and mechanical conditions. It prevents the entry of external substances and internal leakage, so as to achieve excellent sealing performance. It is a medium and high pressure hydraulic cylinder. The most commonly used seals.
4. The mechanical seal is mainly composed of four types of components:
Moving ring and static ring;
Auxiliary seal: sealing ring;
Compression parts: spring, push ring;
Transmission parts: bomb base and key or fixed screw.
