1. When installing the O-ring, do not pull the sealing ring out of shape, and do not set it by rolling, otherwise, oil leakage may occur due to the twisted shape of the O-ring.
2. When installing the Y-ring and V-ring, pay attention to the installation direction to avoid oil leakage caused by installing the reverse sealing ring. For the Y-type sealing ring, the sealing lip should be in the direction of pressure; in addition, the YX-type sealing ring should also pay attention to distinguish whether it is a shaft seal product or a hole seal product, and do not install it wrong. The V-ring consists of a support ring, a sealing ring and a pressure ring with different shapes. When the pressure ring compresses the sealing ring, the support ring can deform the sealing ring and play a sealing role. When installing, the opening of the sealing ring should face the pressure oil. When adjusting the pressure ring, it should be limited to no oil leakage, and it should not be pressed too tightly to prevent the sealing resistance from being too large.
3. If the sealing device cooperates with the sliding sealing surface, it should be coated with an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil for lubrication during assembly.
4. The disassembled O-ring and dust-proof ring seals should be complete.
