What are the outstanding advantages of polyethylene oil seals? DSH tell you that the outstanding advantages of oil seals are reflected in the temperature used, friction system, high speed resistance and so on.
(1) The sealing lip has a wide operating temperature range. PTFE sheet can work normally within -200℃--260℃.
(2) The friction coefficient is low (0.2), which is 1/4 of that of fluorine rubber (FPM), which greatly reduces the frictional heat generation of the oil seal during use, and can reduce the carbon deposition of the rubber lip.
(3) High-speed resistance, allowing the working line speed of the rotating shaft to be above 30m/s.
(4) The double-sided thread groove structure improves the followability of the lip to the shaft, enhances the suction function of the sealing lip, and the sealing is more reliable.
(5) The design of the oil resistance point can prevent the static leakage of the oil seal.
(6) The molding process is the same as that of ordinary rubber oil seals, so that the cross-sectional shape and size of the thread groove are stable and the quality is reliable.
