How to design and develop a hydraulic seal for sewage pump?

When designing and developing mechanical hydraulic seals for sewage pumps, we need to have an understanding of the environment (occasion, medium, etc.) they are sealed in, and design and develop mechanical hydraulic seals for sewage pumps according to the actual situation. DSH Seals tells you that in order to ensure the normal operation of the mechanical and hydraulic seals of the sewage pump, we need to pay attention to the following issues.
1. In order to ensure the smoothness of the circulation pipeline of the mechanical hydraulic seal of the sewage pump, the diameter of the circulation pipeline should be as large as possible, the inner diameter must be less than 19 mm, and elbows should be minimized, and filters and valves should be installed in the middle.
2. The position of the circulation pipe is preferably set at the casing on the back of the impeller, so as to use the centrifugal force of the impeller to discharge a large amount of solid deposits.
3. There should be no other obstructions in the sealing chamber. If a throttling sleeve is installed on the pump, it should be removed.
4. For the mechanical hydraulic seals of vertical pumps, vent holes must be set in the proper position of the seal cavity to ensure that the hydraulic seal surface is in the liquid phase medium.
5. For the fixed oil tank for oil supply, it should be installed at the atmospheric end of the mechanical hydraulic seal and equipped with a lip oil seal.
6. It is preferable to use rubber hydraulic seals and bellows mechanical hydraulic seals with good anti-blocking performance.
7. There should be enough clearance between the hydraulic seal and the inner diameter of the sealing chamber, so that the circulating fluid has a free flow channel, which can ensure that the seal is not eroded.
