The leakage is minimal:
It is required that the leakage of the hydraulic seal is very small, it has a good sealing function, and increases its sealing function automatically with the increase of the pressure of the hydraulic oil, even in the harsh working environment such as high pressure and high temperature, the leakage of hydraulic seals did not increase significantly.
Good compatibility:
Because the hydraulic seal is soaked in the hydraulic oil for a long time, extremely swelling, dissolving or catalyzing harden, and so on, it loses its sealing function, so it is required that the hydraulic seal has good compatibility to the hydraulic oil.
Low friction resistance:
In order to avoid or reduce the bad phenomenon of low pressure creeping, the hydraulic seal should have low static friction and dynamic friction, and its friction coefficient should be very stable.
Long service life:
Hydraulic seals should have good elasticity, heat resistance, cold resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance and certain physical and mechanical strength, and long service life.
The price is low:
Hydraulic seals should be easy to manufacture and install, and the corresponding seal groove is easy to manufacture, the seal surface of the processing accuracy and lower requirements, and low prices.
