Description

This Symmetric Spring Energized Seal is a bore and shaft seal ring with two functions. The seal ring is constructed of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and the spring is stainless steel. It has a high level of wear resistance. This seal is solely intended for static applications. When compared to a single spring seal, the large spring load offers improved scalability. Additionally, this Symmetric Spring Energized Seal is designed exclusively for cryogenic applications. The piston, rod, and face seal configurations are all available. It was not created with a single industry or application in mind. Its chemical and physical qualities make it an effective problem solver in a variety of scenarios.
