1. Avoid direct contact with the lip of the oil seal with the hand with the cover, causing pollution of

   the sealing lip, or irregular deformation of the PTFE lip by hand.

   
   

   2. Use appropriate tooling to prevent the main lip of the PTFE oil seal from rolling over.

   3. When using a cylinder machine or a hydraulic machine to press-fit the oil seal, first adjust the press-fit stroke and press-fit speed of the equipment (the press-fit speed should be controlled within 1200/min), and then adjust the coaxiality between the installation tool and the oil seal installation cavity and Verticality.

   4. When the oil seal is pressed into the cavity, the press-fitting tool is used to limit the pressing of the oil seal.

   5. After the oil seal is pressed in place, the pressure should be maintained for 2~5s to prevent the oil seal from rebounding.
