1. O Ring
It has FKM, NBR, Silicone and other materials, which are widely used in various machinery.
Resistant to various petroleum-based oils and a variety of chemical media: the use of non-adhesive types can meet the temperature range of -60℃-+300℃.
Operating pressure range: <10MPa (hydraulic), <1MPa (pneumatic), <16MPa (static sealing) of NBR and gasoline resistant (90, 93, 97) expansion rate is 0.
2. U Cup Seals
Products with various materials such as FKM, NBR, PU and other materials. It is widely used in hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic and other industries. The resistant petroleum-based oil has excellent wear resistance.
The selection of different glue types can meet the temperature range of -60℃-+300℃.
3. V-shaped sealing ring (Vee packing, V Ring VA/VS）
It is an axially acting elastic rubber sealing ring, used as a pressureless seal of the rotating shaft.
The sealing lip has good mobility and adaptability, can compensate for larger tolerances and angle deviations, can prevent internal grease or oil from leaking outward, and can also prevent external splashing or dust from intruding.
4. Piston YX U Cup Seals
Brief description of product use: used for sealing pistons in reciprocating hydraulic cylinders.
Scope of application: TPU: general hydraulic cylinders, general equipment hydraulic cylinders.
CPU: Hydraulic cylinders for construction machinery and oil cylinders for high temperature and high pressure.
Material: Polyurethane TPU, CPU, Rubber Product Hardness: HS85±2°A Working temperature: TPU: -40～+80℃ CPU: -40～+120℃ Working pressure: ≤32Mpa Working medium: hydraulic oil, emulsion.
