Reasons for choosing hydraulic cylinder piston seal

In the hydraulic transmission sealing system, what are the three more common types of hydraulic cylinder structure sealing? The first widely known is the piston cylinder seal, followed by the plunger cylinder seal and the composite cylinder seal. Commonly used hydraulic seals.
(1) Feature 1: Reduce scratches and low friction in the process. The operation of the hydraulic cylinder can reduce the friction between the piston and the cylinder body. The reasonable combination of the seal ring and low friction prevents external dirt from intruding between the piston guide ring and the seal end surface, thus reducing scratches and helping to extend the hydraulic seal Or the service life of the cylinder seal.
(2) Feature 2: Larger lateral bearing capacity in working conditions. The hydraulic seal guide ring can resist impact, bear pressure, and give way appropriately when the side load increases, so that the piston and cylinder can operate better. The deformation of the guide ring increases the contact area, prevents the contact stress from increasing, and makes the high-load piston have a higher lateral bearing capacity, reducing or eliminating the need for the stop tube.
(3) Feature 3: Form a sealed state without leakage. Since the sealing ring has the characteristics of nitrile rubber, the sealing ring can apply sealing pre-tightening force, and the high-load piston assembly can achieve no leakage. Nitrile rubber provides enough radial force to eliminate low-pressure leakage, and can withstand the impact of the sealing edge under greater pressure to form an automatic seal.
DSH Seals suggested that the sealing structure of the hydraulic cylinder can be improved, the sealing effect can be quickly improved, and the buffer device can reduce the direct friction effect between the piston and the cylinder, and the operation is in good condition. The improved sealing structure of the oil cylinder is different from the previous one, and the performance is increased by half. The ability of high-quality sealing ring to resist extrusion into the piston gap, with the increase of pressure, the effect of prolonging the service life is more obvious.
