The piston rod seal is mainly used for the liquid seal inside the cylinder block, which is located outside the cylinder head and seals the cylinder rod to prevent the liquid from leaking out of the cylinder.

(1)Cylinder shall have leading chamfer;

(2)If a piston rod seal is installed without chamfering the cylinder, an installation sleeve shall be used;

(3)Burr and chamfer or chamfer sharp edges should be removed before installation, and cover the threaded ends of the screws;

(4)Remove debris, impurities and other processing residues, and all parts for cleaning;

(5)Can be installed on the sealing oil, so that the installation will be easier;

(6)When the rubber piston rod seal is installed, the compatibility between the sealing material and the lubricant should be paid attention to;

(7)Piston rod seals usually require the use of a dust ring, if the oil film on the piston rod thick, with the oil-scraping heavy dust ring, the piston rod movement will be scraped off the remaining oil film ring on the piston rod, lead to similar leakage phenomenon, so to prevent the occurrence of such a phenomenon.
