Description

This U cup piston seal ODI consists of a non-symmetrical design where the diameter of the cup is oversized for the groove diameter. This seal is a kind of single-acting piston seal, injection molding from polyurethane rubber. The sturdy dynamic sealing lip and the static sealing lip with a large contact area allow this U-ring to be effectively positioned in the groove. There are three colors to choose from: red, blue, and ivory, satisfying most of your color requirements. 

U Cup Seal ODI is a type of lip seal that is used to fit the piston into the groove. The material is made of PU and has a hardness of 90-95Ashore. For extreme working conditions, the PU can even replace the inlet seal. As a result, choosing a double-acting seal gives you the best sealing capability of a double-acting cylinder, capable of sealing dynamic pressure from both sides. It is the most important seal on any sort of fluid power equipment, as it prevents fluid leakage from the cylinder to the outside.
