Rod Guide Ring

With the increase of temperature, the surface load that PTFE material can withstand will decrease. Its bearing capacity actually depends on the working temperature, and generally, it should not exceed 260 ℃. If the operating temperature is below 0 ℃, please consult us first.

Application:

Phenolic resin cloth clamping guide belt is widely used in hydraulic and other reciprocating motion, rotation and swing systems. It is suitable for heavy load and applications with large radial force, especially in heavy load, high frequency, long stroke, large piston or piston rod clearance and high temperature situations. It is recommended to use phenolic resin cloth clamping guide belt. For example, it is used in bulldozers, excavators, forging presses, ceramic brick presses, rolling mills, metallurgical machinery, forestry machinery, construction machinery, ship machinery, hoists and machine tools.
