Requirements for sealing ring materials of hydraulic system:

1. It has good stability in hydraulic oil, that is, small volume change, small expansion and contraction rate, difficult to dissolve, and will not cause hardness change; When the temperature changes within the range of use, the elasticity and hardness change slightly;

2. It has good sealing property and suitable elasticity, and has large compression resilience and small permanent deformation in hydraulic oil;

3. Good wear resistance, small friction coefficient, flexible movement and long working life;

4. Simple structure, convenient processing, use and maintenance.


Correct method for installing O-ring:

1. During installation, it is not allowed to scratch the O-ring, install it incorrectly, or twist the O-ring;

2. Before matching, the sealing groove and sealing coupling surface must be cleaned, and the contact surface in the matching of O-ring must be coated with lubricant;

3. In order to prevent the O-ring from being cut or scratched by sharp edges such as sharp corners and threads during installation, a 15 ° to 30 ° lead-in angle shall be reserved at the installed shaft end and hole end; When the O-ring needs to pass through the external thread, a professional thin metal jacket shall be used to cover the external thread;

4. Prevent missing installation and use of scrapped O-ring;
